1. Service provider

2. Development status and access

The platform is under development. Public signup and Meta connections are not offered through this website. Development features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Features described as planned are not promises of present availability or approval by a third party.

Any paid subscription or commercial service will be subject to the offer and terms presented before purchase. This website does not take payments or establish subscription pricing.

3. Accounts, authority and permitted use

Use only accounts and business assets you own or are authorized to manage. Keep account credentials private and ensure team access is appropriate. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter and for having the permissions needed to process customer information.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, unauthorized access, collecting information without authority or attempts to disrupt other users or systems.

4. Connected platforms and communications

Future Facebook and Instagram connections will depend on Meta permissions, review and platform rules. You must follow the relevant platform’s terms and messaging restrictions. Public replies may be visible to others; verify the selected account, recipient and public/private context before sending.

IM Business Solutions does not control Meta’s service, notification delivery, account restrictions or API changes. IGS-Impact is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

5. Information and content

You retain your rights in content and records you supply. You authorize processing necessary to provide the functions you use and follow your instructions. Only grant rights you are entitled to grant.

Information handling is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can request removal using our data deletion instructions.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful service but do not promise uninterrupted operation or specific business outcomes. Verify important information and maintain appropriate copies of your business records. Development access should be evaluated with test data before relying on it for business-critical work.

These terms do not exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any separate signed agreement applies to the matters it expressly covers.

7. Ending access and changes

You may stop using the service and request account/data deletion by email. We may restrict access for misuse, security concerns or the end of a development program, with notice where appropriate. Data deletion remains subject to the process and limited exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.
